There is so much to say about what I learned from my experience but I can some it up in a few words.
Gratitude, love, tolerance, forgiveness, family, understanding, joy, laughter and a little sadness for myself, for others, for God and a re-examination of my life’s values.
These are the values my mother taught me and that I realized I had taken for granted. These are the values the enforced lockdown gave me the opportunity to prioritize in my life.
Having been an observer to the experience of the world in turmoil over the COVID-19 pandemic, I saw that the human spirit is strong and that no matter what the challenge it will prevail.
